Our system communication is always via email but this question refers to communication between our trainers and you. If they want to nudge you, check up on you, provide a new piece of information, etc., what is the preferred way for them to do that?

Make sure to update your profile later with any contact details as well, if you tick Instagram but we don’t have it, we won’t be able to contact you that way.

If you leave it blank, we will not communicate with you for anything else than account matters which will be done via system emails.
